thanks for update..
it will download about 21.5 GB data model during installation (for new installation, and about 5 GB for update from previuos version)...
this data model will be erase if you uninstalled the app.. so don't forget to backup it.

However, I can only find a [Pat ch.exe] file instead of a "[Fix] folder" in the archive (According to your instruction, it should be [Copy fix to install location and run]). Needless to mention, the [Pat ch.exe] does not pass the virustotal test.

So... should I run the [Pat ch.exe], Sir?

It is safe to run. I had no issues and you can check the virus scan provided or run your own. It will show up on Microsoft Defender as a generator but it is not dangerous.
