Great to see how much help we get when we provide info for a specific problem and no-one in the know (or at least they should be in the know) bothers to reply.
Anyone else get the "Network Abnormal" message; even the website knows of the issue but like all things related to iPhone, they are quick to blame everything else - even suggesting "Install computer"; err, it's sitting right here = installed; guess they mean for us to reinstall the OS. They (should) know where they can stick that!
Guess I have to seed this crap for 3 days and look for something else.
NOTE: "Crap" is software that has installation/working issues with no available help (I could contact Tenorshare but I doubt they'd be helpful)............
Guess I'll get reported for this post but how else can you ever get anyone to notice?
I appreciate the OP and the goals of the site but free or not; it's useless if there is no solution to getting it working.
The usual things to try have been; OS restart, turn modem off/on (20 seconds later), program reinstall, checking firewall permissions (all set correctly but tried it with firewall disabled with no effect).
Any other suggestions would be appreciated
At least someone noticed,,, but couldn't help. Hello....? Anyone out there who can help? Squeak, squeak (talking quietly - we wouldn't want to upset someone...) ?....... sniff........sob.......
