Locked Stuck on lock screen

Just did a 'clean' install new OS Win 10 Garuda and all went well till I rebooted.
Now I am stuck on the lock screen and cannot proceed.
I get the 'ease of access' thingy and cannot get to windows.
Actually this has happened several times. Please help. What to do? Thank for assistance.

To get accurate help you should ask this question in the thread where you downloaded the OS.
