If it still not works for you use then use a portable version! Read the comments more closely!

Even If one person is not able to get the Medicines working, in-fact by sharing the simplest screens by you which is self explanatory, still for that user its irritating coz he would not understand Why its not working for him. Anyways !!

I tried as you said and it registered PhoenixDLL.dll successfully. But When I trying to save the file to PST, it still asks me to register the PhoenixDLL.dll.

What should I do ?? You want to take the remote access of my laptop and check the issue..??

Hi,

For those with PhoenixDLL.dll error.

Run cmd as admin.
Point to the portable directory.
Run "regsvr32 PhoenixDLL.dll"
Should have successfully register.
Export to PST should be successful.

Anyone solve the "Can't find pattern" issue?

Running windows 10 20h2

I have fully disabled windows defender, and reinstalled OST to PST to make sure but it wont Medicines the file. Attached screenshot. The patcher is in the installation directory but wont Medicines the program, it cant find the file. I moved the Medicines to another folder, it prompted for the file which I selected manually and it still comes up with the same error.
