Some things should be standard pre-installed for all releases:
Add to context menu: Move to.. and Copy to..
OpenShell (so much better than the others)
Office/PDF
DriverBooster Pro (to quickly get thing running smoother)
Perfect disc (or at least Smart Defrag) (to quickly get thing running smoother)
Visual C++ runtimes & DirectX 9 & 11
