For a rough indication of ratio and seeding time, I suggest that you look at your torrent client.
I use qBittorrent. For every torrent, it shows me ratio, total time active, and also seeding time.
Every client I have ever tried has shown ratio and also given some indication of time active and/or seeding time.
You can find a more accurate measure of seeding time on download threads.
For each torrent, go to its thread.
Click on "Peer list", just below the green torrent link.
Then look for your name in the list of peers.
More information about your torrents can be found on your profile page
You must be registered for see links
Click on the "Bittorrent" tab and then on "Inactive", "Leeching" and "Seeding".
These tabs will show you upload and download amounts for all your torrent downloads.
If you have Hit & Runs then the "Hit & Run" tab also provides information.
