chkdsk can't be use for RAW
If your hard drive is showing as RAW and you're unable to format it using built-in options, you can try the following steps:
1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
2. Type `diskpart` and press Enter.
3. In the `diskpart` utility, type `list disk` and press Enter to see a list of available disks. Identify your RAW hard drive.
4. Type `select disk X` (replace X with the disk number of your RAW drive) and press Enter.
5. Type `clean` and press Enter to remove all partitions and data from the disk.
6. After cleaning, create a new partition by typing `create partition primary` and press Enter.
7. Format the new partition by typing `format fs=ntfs` (or `format fs=exfat` if you prefer) and press Enter.
8. Once the format is complete, assign a drive letter by typing `assign letter=X` (replace X with your preferred drive letter) and press Enter.
9. Exit the `diskpart` utility by typing `exit` and press Enter.
10. Close the Command Prompt.
Now, check if the hard drive is accessible and formatted correctly. If these steps don't resolve the issue, there may be a physical problem with the hard drive as
