RHEL is a subscription based service even for their desktop environment they do have a 60 day trial that you can tryhttps://www.redhat.com/en/products/trials?products=rhel#trial-details

Actually, you can get the full version legit and for free,
Google No-cost Red Hat Enterprise Linux Individual Developer and follow the steps. The developer ISO is identical to the enterprise one, the license type is just different. You will still need to make an account but at no cost. You can set up to 16 Servers both virtual and physical on one license... but nothing stops you from making multiple accounts for multiple licenses even tho I think 16 servers are plenty to play around and test.
