Program to grant administrator to a user Windows 10 [Request]

Hey guys,

I'm not really sure if anything like this exists, but sure would love it.
Right now I've been just using Ubuntu to change osk.exe (On Screen Keyboard) to cmd.exe and then using "cmd" at the lock-screen to grant administrator to whoever.
Although this is pretty effective I'm wondering if there could be a faster way to do this; possibly using a program etc.

Also totally not for my school laptop

i think its impossible, better to change that password then make a new admin account.

I have been playing around with a few scripts and managed to make a more streamlined version. You still need to change file names in Ubuntu, but once you have done that run the script and poof. Admin granted.
