Locked Problem of ratio, seed bonus, upload amount

Sir, fixe my account problem please,
Few days ago i was seen my my ratio was 0.11 downloaded 21.01 gb uploaded 2.1 gb seedbonus 247 upload count o and i today also i seen in the morning time that was downloaded gb ,
And upload gb was same but my ratio was decrease in 0.01 and seedbonus was 357 but now my seedbonus also decreased in 84 thanks

No you do not have the same problem.
Your problems are that you are not following the site rules and that you do not understand what "sharing" means.

When you download a torrent you are expected to seed it so that other members may download it from you.
You are expected to seed every torrent for at least 72 hours.
You are also expected to maintain an average ratio of at least 0.4.
You have only been a site member for 3 days and you have already lost your torrent download rights because you have not done this.

Regarding the 72hour period has it got to be constant 72hours? as i move my laptop around with me for work that's all so it's not always connected to a internet connection

You do not have to seed for 72 hours without a break. You can take as many breaks as you like. As long as no break is more than 7 days then you will be OK.
