HELP AND REQUEST THIS GOES INTO

maybe your bios needs a flash or a reset

have you tried to reset bios to defaults ?

if that never worked, and you tried to power down and removing the internal battery for a minute (this is easier with a tower, laptop abit harder)

beter is that you use a tool cd first to clean that hd or virus :)
i should try a life cd /dvd and let it scan for that virus .
after that i should reformat the HD even i should delete and renew the partition .
- i know when you formate the HD then the virus is also gone (lol),
but when that virus is in the memmory there for i say first a scan with the life cd/dvd :)

then istall the new windows :)

yes take a look at you're images posted first picture top left next to the time your bios would seem to be outdated
you want to upgrade to the following
Version 3602 2018/04/09 5.07 MBytes

H81M-D BIOS 3602
1. Update CPU Microcode
2. Improve system security and stability
you can download it here :-

Found this in Tom's hardware .....

I ended up having to download Asus Suite 3, and I unlike the other updaters I was using, it actually worked.

Not to dodge the situation, but... Very astonishment, much irritation.

Anyway, the bios appears to be properly updated now. But I haven't done much delving or research into it, other than verifying that it now has the most recent update.

The error, at least the bios error, that I was previously getting, I am no longer getting. Since I took the time to reinstall windows again, this time I adjusted windows update settings and I will be attempting to hold back the downloading of the security update that caused the problem in the first place. Fortunately, one of the gentleman whose videos I watched identified the security update by name specifically. So that, and all of this, should be a snap.

Man, I have to tell you what, I have never had so much trouble with a PC before. I don't know if it's just bad luck or what, but I am never building an AMD PC again.

You aren't the only one to have had this problem but this was the only resolution that I can find - the only other option would be to email ASUS Customer Support

And just an FYI for you - I found this within a minute of searching on GOOGLE!
