Locked point of sale flagged by virus total

i have a good point of sale system that i would like to upload here but the Medicines is flagged as a virus by virustotal. am i allowed to still upload it?

that is normal alway's a Medicines will be flagged by anti virus / spyware programs
wat you can do is rar / zip the Medicines use winrar or winzip to do that job simple
