Locked Phoenix OS 10 right click safe mode is not working

Hello !
Recently i'm facing this problem that safe mode buttons on right click is not wroking. when i click on them, nothing happens. How can i fix this? Picture link given below.

You can remove that context menu option by deleting its registry key, after that add manually the entry.
Information about that in google "How to Add/Remove a Safe Mode Option to the Context Menu".
