partition recovery ?

Hello, I was working on an external hard disk, and suddenly the power went out, and upon rebooting, I found that the disk parts had been deleted. I tried all the programs on the forum for this problem, and none of them worked. Can you help me with a way to restore the disk partition without losing any data?
note : I can see the disk but Windows is asking me to format it

If you tried every program and didnt work, your issue may be physical and not software. Heads that got stuck or scratched surface (if it's a spinner), or faulty controller issue (for either SSD or spinner), or even the external interface you use (I assume sata?).

Either way, to help you better we need info.
Can you tell us the error that any of the partition software showed? Can you show us a screenshot of the Windows Disk Management? Can you see the disk but not the partition, or not even the disk at all? Have you tried it on different PC and/or with different external controllers just in case it is the external Sata2usb interface that got damaged? Have you tried the disk connected directly to PC?

Well still please try what I said (other PC, other external interface, directly connect the disk to a PC, etc)

However You need another HD with at least size of amount data in malfunction drive!!!
Never do recovery on same drive!

First of all, i will try to connect that drive to another computer!

Partition restore is difficult or it cannot be done.
Backup the disk not the partitions. Backup the whole disk to be able to restore it but as i see it is late to do it.

I used " find partition and mount " and it showed me the partitions, but the file transfer speed became very slow

Its not that difficult unless he try to write data on it! After all I understand that Win see that disk but want to format it before use!
Basically, disk is there without malfunction of geometry, but lost partition table! Im 100% sure that data are there too!
All new recovery tool can deal with that, but You need another disk of same amount or bigger where recovery s/w can write "founded data"

If the speed is getting slower.. it probably means the disk is dying. Get out whatever you can, and prioritize things that are personal and can not be found again. Photos, documents, etc. Whatever you can re download, leave it for last.
