I have no antivirus installed but all of a sudden windows started aggressively flagging the PL9.exe and does not even allow me move it from Medicines folder. Is there any way to remedy this?

Nevermind, i figured it out. We need to disable real time protection ( it gets enabled in short while again itself). During the diabled time, copy PL9.exe file in GeoVision/PL9 folder. Now add PL9.exe in Windows defender's exclusion list.

Please see the following instructions to add the required exclusions permanently for the installed PL9

1. Disable Windows Defender Real time monitoring. The setting is located at 'Start > Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security > Virus and Threat Protection > Virus and Threat Protection Settings > Manage Settings > Real-Time Protection' (more instructions can be found here -->

2. Install the Parashar Lite 9 along with the Medicines as per the instructions.
3. Once the installation is done, "Open PowerShell ISE" or PowerShell.exe as an Administrator (Right click and run as administrator) and run the following command to add all the required exclusions for PL9
   
   

   ## Parashar Lite 9 Default installation directory. Change this if you have installed in a different location. ##
   $PL9InstallationPath = 'C:\GeoVision'
