NXPowerLite will compress PDF, Microsoft Office, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files simply and effectively, making them easy to email as attachments. It is especially useful on files that do not zip well.
NXPowerLite radically reduces the size of PDF, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and JPEG images. Files remain in their original format, with no discernible loss of quality – and there is no need to unzip before using them. It is incredibly easy to use. Just select a file, choose optimization level and click the "Optimise" button. If use Lotus Notes, Microsoft O u t l o o k, O u t l o o k Express or Windows M a i l, it is even easier. NXPowerLite Desktop Edition will automatically optimize email attachments as they are sent. File recipients do not need NXPowerLite to open or edit the attachments.

- Improved usability;
- Expanded supported file types;
- Upgraded compression engine;
- Quickly select custom profiles for file compression straight from the home screen;
- Tailor user saved profile's resolution, quality, application data settings and more for a great productivity boost;
- Split the settings for each file type into separate tabs allow more granular control;
- Pre-scan folders and subfolders and decide which files want to be compressed;
- Choose output folder and backup preference from the home screen and combined with the new "Custom Profiles" and "Add folders" features;
- Right-click menu in Windows Explorer allowing a user to shortcut right to reduction;
- Added the ability to zip user compressed files to the results screen;
- Collision handling with duplicate files. A user will be asked to overwrite, skip or keep both and increment the name;
- Choose to ignore PowerPoint Slide masters in options and keep master images untouched while everything else is reduced;
- Keep original file names when saving by selecting the new setting in File Preferences;
- Ability to reduce background fill images and improved the PPT compression for files created in Office XML files;
- Engine improvements, bug fixes and expanded support for Microsoft Office files;
- Multilanguage user interface.
