Need Some Guidance From My Teamos!

I been wanting to try and make my own custom windows 7 or 10 but not even close to ready if had to program it myself. There's got to be a software I can use to assist me , would anyone know what one might be ?? Any help would be awesome I have a month to mess around so trying to use my time wisely look forward for response ✌

I know next to nothing about this. OS costumization is not a good subject here. Look into winreducer, maybe that will help a bit.
