Use Opera instead of Firefox or Chrome. Helps a lot. Although I am used to Firefox . Hope there will be a RAM Management post soon.me too, browser and games crashing because of ram usage!
it's not actually disassociation because most (if not all) other exe files work fine@wikiforce
You might have a virus infection going on, since there's the disassociation of executable files
try to scan for malware lurking in your system
then on an elevated command prompt
sfc /scannow
i simply managed to ram paging file on system settings and stoppedUse Opera instead of Firefox or Chrome. Helps a lot. Although I am used to Firefox . Hope there will be a RAM Management post soon.
This actually resolved mine,, Thank youI've successfully installed this build but not without encountering that "no os to choose/ default boot %1" thing. I'll write what helped me in case it's useful for someone else. At first I just ran windows setup from usb, formatted my c: partition and chose that for installation, after setup I got that screen without any os to choose. When you create a partition on ssd drives for the first time windows also creates a small system reserved partition (about 500 MB on my disk), so I had to delete both my c: partition AND that small system reserved one. Then I recreated my main partition (and setup automatically recreated a small system reserved one) and this time after setup I booted into my new os without any problems. This was bios/mbr mode, no idea what happens in uefi/gpt.
