This version excludes all the portal apps and office but is still tweaked like all my releases.

I have problem with windows update and download language. Under update shows Some settings are managed by your organization and downloads stays at 0%. Under language in my language section all shows "searching dor language features" but never finds it and start downloading. I'm not on metered connection and i also tried enable update via windows update blocker.
Please advice and help me. Tnx for your good work and release
