I have cleaned this one up quite a bit from the last 2.
For this one I have only included the basic necessities. To keep the size down.

This is based on the Win10_21H2_English_x64 (US) with latest updates as of 15 Feb 2022

VBrun & dot net files install on first boot.​

Apps installed during install & on first loading of the desktop.

Windows version/ Updates working & MS Store working:

Desktop extra Context menus

Windows remaining pre installed apps

Extra wallpapers are available in the Windows/ Web folder

Extra pre installed Winrar themes

How to locate 7tsp themes - copy the path from the desktop folder (7tsp win10> 21h2 win10) then paste into window that loads for locating/loading them & click the open button as shown below.
That will load directly to the correct folder where they are. Then simply select the one you want to load.

Final product with 7tsp styles & icons installed.

I included a few portable apps on the ISO too

I'll know for next time to scan the actual content of the ISO instead of the folder.

I use Eset on all my systems & have a daily scanner that runs. I have excluded keygens & Medicines files.
