Hey I finally remembered how I got this to work.

Fully uninstall the software with something like revo uninstaller or whatever. As long as all the registry keys and other stuff is gone.
Reboot.
Disconnect internet.
Install software
DO NOT USE THE INCLUDED FIX. IT IS BROKEN.
Run Medicines as admin.
Reboot.
Reconnect Internet.
It is now working.

EDIT: Nevermind, it hung after booting up and is now asking for a license.
