At Microsoft, we like to mix activities. After all, who said that work and play were incompatible? In fact, it would be completely the opposite. According to a study conducted by Brigham Young University, playing as a team with colleagues improves productivity by 20%. This is why the American firm launched Games for Work last year, an application bringing together four multiplayer games. This one is above all designed to liven up your routine meetings that have become a little too boring. And then who has never wanted to play a good game of Solitaire or Minesweeper with their collaborators to determine who will pay for the coffee the next day face-to-face ?
Teams Play Together, or how to lose sight of your objectives ?
The objective of Teams Play Together could not be simpler: To allow you to have a good time with your co-workers by watching them or playing games together. If you have a PC running Windows 10 or Windows 11, then you can share your game on Teams and allow your interlocutors to join the call to watch you play or to accompany you in your game. The idea being that players can communicate, the feature obviously supports video calls. Here is what the description of the application on the Store tells us:
