Have you installed another version of office before?

Yes I had office 2019, which is complete uninstalled now and I ran installation again. This time it didnt five me the same error but a different one where it says I cannot use Office 2019 in Windows s mode and I need to install version 1902 or lower. Still cant figure out what 1902 or lower could be.

Have you installed a previous version of office?
Have you unistall it first?

Tried uninstall and install again. When installed I cannot find the actual software. I get a folder created but it doesnt seem to have the actual software its upload only. not sure where I went wrong here

Probably your AV has blocked it.
Whitelist the program and try again.
