Locked Legacy control panel

Hello forum members. I would like to ask how to get legacy control panel for Intel for use with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC. Intel doesn't provide non-DCH drivers anymore like nVidia does so is it possible to use latest drivers with legacy control panel ? If not, where to find the latest non-DCH driver ?
