No! It automatically updates to the newest version and is no longer DeepL Pro.
Update cannot be disabled.

Unfortunately that was not feasible. Thank you!
P.S. I blocked all connections - inbound + outbound, even presuming that the app would stop working at all. No, the devil worked fine, but when restarted it updated to v 2.7 all the same.
