i have HCL ME XITE L 2035A laptop with 4 gb ddr3 ram , 2gb nvidia 540m graphics ,WD 750gb hard disk, primary graphics of intel and secondary is nvidia for hdmi and gaming. and i face it from 1 months. and the problem is my laptop fan too much spinning and make noice, then i clean fan and apply thermal paste on cpu and gpu both with right method and right amount but after few days it going same problem and without any programs running please help me to fix it

Sounds to me, buddy it needs to go to a service center. LOL. I have heard of cooling pads that the laptop will sit on, however if the fan is noisy, it sounds like a better fan is needed.
