I'm not the one who wants it, you have me confused with someone else. I just thought with your new policy of not posting unchecked apps, that responsibility should never fall on the end user right? Do you see what you wrote? "it is not the OP's responsibility to do your testing for you". Who's resposibilty is it to test something OP posts?

It is a site requirement that an uploader virus scans their upload and provides details of that scan in their post.
The details of that requirement are outlined on these pages.

There is no requirement for an uploader to interpret the virus scan results because most of our uploaders are not malware experts.

There is no requirement for an uploader to test an uploaded app thoroughly because, to do the job properly, a good working knowledge of the app would be required. For most uploaders and app combinations that is not usually the case.
We do encourage uploaders to verify that an app's activation method works, or at least appears work.

Ultimately it is the responsibility of the downloader to do their own tests to satisfy themselves that a download is safe and that it meets their particular requirements.

Am uploaded and the Thread title was "Kutools for Excel 26.10 Multilingual" and it was clearly said it is for 26.10 not for 27 if u want to know whether working or not it's up to you only to verify
