For updates:
If there is any update, just install the update and rerun the Medicines. No need to download newer release till 6.42.X.X. Unless there is a change in the modus operandi of IDM, just keep updating and running Medicines.

nop, its not downloading, when i wrote above reply i think download has been complete because of its file size but still i am waiting for it??? should i cancel it ?

Actually there have been build 5 and 6 as well, but those were for testers. 6 was released as public, but was removed for various bugs and 7 replaced it.

Sorry, had to go out and did not see that my laptop was not on charge, so it shut down. I have started the seeding again.
