After uninstalling with IObit Uninstaller I scrupulously cleaned all IDM residues and
I installed version 6.38.
I have been using it for +30 days without pop ups or errors.

In this case, I am very sorry that I cannot help you.
The person who shared the link with me in another forum asked me not to share it, because then there are many IPs from different countries that access IDM and then they blacklist that key.

The only solution is to go to settings and change the language in whatever you want i use IDM many years and i know the program
or during installation it asks for installation language use your language for installation.
