Locked Install issue

My friend has had issues trying to install any ver of windows 10, so he is forced to use linux, he uses EUFI bios so he cant use windows 7 (even tough there are mods for eufi they dont support usb 3) whenever tries to install windows 10 (clean or modded) he gets A media driver your computer needs is missing error

Has your friend tried to install a Win 7 that supports USB 3? Here is a link to a version that RAIN made a little while back.

Has your friend tried to disable UEFI in the BIOS? It would probably be a good idea to try it.
Since you did not state PC specs, model, or other specifics, we can't give you specific advice. So please try to do so next time, we're not mind readers.

Sorry for long wait, I asked him about pc info but im waiting for reply, sorry for double posting I will edit this comment with info once I get it

he has "asus vivobook max x541nc" and he says there is no option to disable EUFI
I would edit previous commend but I dont see edit button, sorry
