Registered users dont have the rights to upload to any other section till they rank up to verified member and/or uploader. As Mr. Spacely and Jimmy posted above you can start by posting in that thread and always after following the posting guide pinned at the top of that thread. If your uploads are solid and the community trusts you, you will rank up and will be able to upload to other sections too.

I don't think there is anything else so the thread will close.
