How To Make Copy From Installed Windows 10

Please i need help. I`m installed Windows 10 and i install my fevorite programs.
Now i need the same copy on ISO format with all installed programs so i can install the same Windows on my other laptop

How to make copy from installed windows 10?

So you want to make backup and wanted to install it over again like fresh OS installation.
means you just install it with everything you had save to current OS? Am i right?

i recommend you to use > Casper 8.0 Startup disk creator.
