How to set up cellular simcard on windows 11

Dear user @ibukun,
a small google search showed me this -> select the Start button, then enter settings. Select Settings > Network & internet > Cellular > Use cellular instead of Wi-Fi.

@ibukun is your Windows Version from here? if yes. Is it a slim / compact version of windows 11?

No update yet it is yet to be resolved, please if you can help me with non touch of windows11, I was told that one will work with sim card.
