Locked How to downgrade MacOS Catalina to Mojave due to Photoshop cant be used.

Hello, I'm not a MacOS user. I just used it at my workplace. So, I just updated my Mac to Catalina before I know that Time Machine exist for Apple user. How I want to downgrade to Mojave without losing any adobe application installed on my mac? Need help urgently

Thanks. I wonder if it will uninstall all my adobe application since i didnt back it up before i update to catalina

Maybe you can use time machine if you have had made backups earlier.
