My laptop comes with windows 10 and I wanted to install windows 7 in it. So i created a Boot-able windows 7 USB with Rufus with GTP but after installation when laptop restart for the first time and start again its installing the windows again and this keep going on and when i remove pen drive it doesn't boot and keep restarting again and again without showing any error Just noticing the light on the screen with black. So i disable secure boot and install win 7 again. this time again with same problem. Now i tried to install win 7 in MBR mode and after restart its keeps restarting again and again but with Blue Screen error.
So i thought that there might be a hardware problem. i tried installing Windows 10 and 11 (Same Pen Drive) and its works without any problem and working fine. facing this problem with windosw 7 only.
I tried Both GTP and MBR mode with Secure Boot disable and enable.
tried with UEFI and legacy mode disable and enabled.
Deleted all the partitions and created a new partition but still facing same problem.
i also updated the BIOS to the latest available version on HP. still same.
Tried about 10 to 15 time and formatted the Hard disc about 10 to 15 times.

LAPTOP SPEC:
HP Laptop (15-db1066AU).
Processor: Processor AMD Athlon 300U with Radeon Vega Mobile GFX.
RAM: 4GB
Storage: Hard disk

Please help me to install windows 7 on my laptop.

go to bios and set proper configuration for your Hdd driver ACHI or ATA or Raid
One of them will fix the problem hope so
it seems bios gets reset to default and ACHI changes to Raid etc

Set in the BIOS the HDD to boot first and the USB at 1 time boot.
As i understand you have your USB to boot first and starts again the installation.

Do not think so because he said "... remove pen-drive"

@Baqir
Are You format all partitions on that HDD?
Disable "Secure boot" in BIOS?
All newer laptops have, let's say "recovery partition" which was hidden /do dot have drive letter/!
Boot partition is also hidden, and there is "written" all what computer need to boot! But, there is also "written" in case of failures during boot, to start recovery... and because you forced to boot W7, it was confused and start that loop which never ends...

@Baqir

Just have a 16GB usb and any build of 3 below penultimate W7. Also use Rufus from 2020 (any build of that year). Write as MBR and non uefi.

Ohh and allow around 30-45 of round circles upon initial booting.

the fact that's a modern laptop that came with Windows 10 by default, it might be impossible, to install Windows 7. You might get lucky on a modern custom build pc, but on modern laptops your options are the os that it came with, or future releases if your system it's compatible...

There is no option to change ACHI or ATA in BIOS

Yes deleted all the partition and recreate it

First thing first...
You need to find information whether your laptop can be installed using windows 7.
If you can't find that information, probably your laptop can't be installed windows 7.
Besides that, you need to find entire driver of your laptop that support windows 7.

ya, I bought a hp with Win10 on it and proceeded to trash it only to find out that my chip architecture didn't support Win7 anymore...can you say planned obsolescence? smh

you may have a key "F10, F12, ESC or DEL" to force boot menu and pick the USB Pen drive. Do it in UEFI and boot secure disabled.
If you update the bios, this bios probably only supports Win10, you must install the bios/firmware of the Win7 drivers to be able to install the win7 system.
NOTE: If you ask if you want to remove the bios keys say yes, reset everything.
if your disk is in GPT you need to choose rufus GPT, otherwise choose UEFI/MBR.
