Locked [Help] Installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Bit - Light Blue Theme all over screen

Hi all, I Formatted the computer and Installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit But There is a blue theme all over in my screen even though i changed it from Personalization menu.. I have a small PC and My monitor is having vga port My monitor is of 15.6" inches and resolution 1280 X 1024. I updated the drivers of Pre installed graphics in the processor but unable to get the desired result. Here are my system details below Kindly help ,thanks in advance.Actually i can't see the diffference between colors in windows like between red and black etc..Here are system details in the attachments.Thanks in advance.

Of course your theme is blue. The only thing you change was font color..

Try to install another theme. Google them as registered user cannot post outside link. deviantarts link

I not sure I understand your problem correctly.
From your screenshots you can conclude that neither your system or graphic card have problems with generating colors.
I would focus on monitor.

I was thinking that he talking about his blue theme desktop..
If there like a Blue Screen tint on his screen. Then its Monitor problem.

Try to switch your VGA Cable around. If there still a tint blue screen. Try to find another VGA Cable. If there still one...Buy new monitor.

yeah definitely check vga cable, i agree, i dont see any color problems there

try resetting monitor to defalt and vga to default from the Intel utility, under control panel!

nothing wrong with the intel graphics, the pics all look good, he sees a blue tint on his screen, but yes never thought of resetting monitor, could be that the hues and color settings were played around with as well. well thought of @Wichestery2k

hmmmm, it looks like you managed to put a blue tint onto some kind of layer you got, most likely some remote control app. If you remove the remote control app, I think tint should go away. That tint must go on nerves to who ever is remote controlling your device. If you have some way to check pixels on your screen, do it, as usually rats mess with display scaling,

Problem is sort out now, there was the cable connection issue, it was loose now all ok thanku all for replying.
