My computer display is off and again on without any restart or shut down, it only blink at uneven time. I already upgraded bios file and also remove and install graphics driver with windows update. Also checking with replace of ram and SSD but screen is blank for 1 second and again on. Please help me.

Do you have a desktop PC or a laptop?
In case of desktop PC, check if monitor wires are tightly seated and no pets have chewed them. May be a case of faulty port on either monitor, GPU or motherboard. If the power supply unit is separate from the monitor, test with another PSU if possible.
In case of laptop, try googling for your "[model number] screen powers off randomly" or something similar to see if it might be a known issue with that specific laptop model.
But in any case it really sounds like a problem with hardware specifically, either something with wires or the module that powers the screen.

The monitor is ok.
Most likely the graphics card is faulty.

Boot in Safe mode,
Run Display Driver uninstaller to reinstall your graphics driver.
https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/

If display issue persists, remove your graphics card and use built-in graphics display.
See if output is stable since it may be a hardware issue with your graphics card.

If you have separate Graphic Card then remove and boot with Onboard VGA to see if it happens again...

From what I read so far from you, it looks very likely like a hardware fault with either your motherboard or PSU.

You also said you upgraded the BIOS too. Did you upgrade your BIOS before or after the problems started?

To be sure, is your PC relatively clean in the inside, IE: no dust, dirt, etc. around the fan(s), CPU cooler, and motherboard / other hardware / PSU?
RAM seated fully and correctly too? Has the CPU ever been removed?

If your computer is a laptop it may very well be that the backlight in the LCD is failing... Google, "How to Tell if Your Backlight Is Burned out on a Monitor".
