I use amd and driver is not all installed in rs5, i use driver pack online and its same. Any recommend windows 10 with low ram usage? Rs4 only maybe

It show some eror when instal vga driver, i try with 2 different windows 10 rs5, if use rs4 everything fine. So pls give me recommend windows 10 rs4 with low ram usage?

try this: unpack driver in a new folder and update with Device Manager - Display adapters. Good luck

yes comes with driver updates from msi support page on the board. i even downloaded the iso again to see if maybe something was corrupt. Works fine in vm but still same issue live. About to install "

Before to say that (hardware issue) try to d/l and fresh install a normal windows 10 version like this one:

The update everything is working amazing. I did a remote install over usb. I unplugged everything other then what was needed to run. Fresh install on just Mobo, Video card, Ram, SSD sata. I unplugged my second video card,3 sata drives and 1 m.2, blue ray, keyboard, mouse,3 monitors, head phones and last but not least surround sound. First boot remotely everything looked good so i started installing drivers then plugging everything back in 1 by 1. So either a faulty install 3 times or maybe a driver issue on install.

Very good approach. Now try to install drivers, one-by-one, updating on Device Manager. Good Luck
