its not build problem!!

Symptoms

Assume that you install Window 10 on a computer and then start the Out-of-Box-Experience (OOBE) Wizard. Then, you connect a mouse or keyboard that requires special drivers to the computer. In this situation, the mouse or keyboard does not work until the OOBE Wizard has finished running.

Cause

This issue occurs because the Device Install service does not start when the OOBE Wizard is running. Therefore, the installation of Human Interface Device (HID) devices is blocked.

Yep inside the box you're are going to have to define certain devices, cause there's no way for the installer to find them. I would recommend running it outside of the box and simply just copying the drivers folders somewhere. Usually it's somewhere around 3 gig worth in 2 or 3 folders. Then what I'll do is go to device manager and uninstall drivers and reinstall them one by one. Then go back to your copied driver folders and sort by date modified and there's the important stuff. I'm sure there's a faster way to accomplish this but I haven't figured it out.
