Windows

1. Download FileBot 4.9.1.zip

2. Extract file to any place you want

3. Run FileBot_4.9.1_x64.msi or FileBot_4.9.1_x86.msi and follow the on screen prompts

4. After the installation do not run the software

5. From the Fix folder copy filebot.jar to your installation folder and overwrite old one > x:\Program Files\FileBot\jar\ or x:\Program Files (x86)\FileBot\jar\

6. Run Filebot from desktop or start menu and enjoy full version


NOTE

There is small issue it crashes when adding files and clicking the match button but there is a workaround

unfortunately there is no proper fix that i could find but i will see if i can get if fixed somehow

but please remove if it does not meet the standards

Thanks for this. The workaround does work, but it rather defeats the purpose of the software for me. It's better than nothing, though.

Update: Filebot continues to crash with ANY drag and drop use, including subtitle search. The workaround renders workflow awkward, buggy, frustrating, and generally barely usable.

I try to get the latest version, like this, when available. But in this case - no need. Version 4.8.5 works 100% as it should and is easily findable for DL. Nice try and thank you for the effort, but not quite there yet.

Its so hard that only you seem to be able to do it?
