don't update, its a activated antivirus so you should know not to update it. as of now u have to uninstall with some revo kind software & reinstall the one which was given by mirkec.

It doesn't update because they deleted the previous user's configuration, which was "partyspy" and is now "2ykY6niB"

I did a google search and there it was. I'm now sitting on version 10.1.2046 and all is well. Hope this helps. 
EDIT: Please backup your eset profile before updating as this will erase your current rules set.
On main page of eset click setup on the left and then on the bottom right click "Import/Export Settings"
