tried installing old version but still same problem...any solution..please...

Thanks for sharing.
The software was working great even though was worried about the expiration date issue. However I had to stay offline a couple of days and when my PC had internet access again the program couldn't run as usual and popped this warning message.
Any insight about the solution will be greatly appreciated!

Just re-install it and it should be fine..

If the program tells you that it's expired after updating try deleting the .cert file in "C:\ProgramData\GPSoftware\Directory Opus". That worked for me.

Really ? Can anyone else confirm this ? I just ignored the expired license notification and everything still works 100%. In fact, my expiration date now says 01.31.2023 which has come and gone. If deleting that file will also stop it from posting that notification, that would be great.

doesn't work for me too. can't pass expired license.
