IE is missing...................
You can use DISM++ to install it again or try to download it from microsoft or where ever you like and try with the game
Try to install microsoft edge for a start it might could play the game

Sorry but i don't fully understand what you want to say.
You can always enable notifications if you want
Winaero is working fine for me, have you done anything with winaero?
Try to install it again and see what is happening and let us know

Sorry my english is not very good, the notifications that we have on the right of the clock are not activated at installation, I used winareo to activate it. it activates well but after the pc my pc has problems with slowness on the desktop. Is there another alternative to activate the notification center? thank you for your answer

Go to System > Notifications & actions.
Do any of the following:

• Choose the quick actions you'll see in action center.
• Turn notifications, banners, and sounds on or off for some or all notification senders.
• Choose whether to see notifications on the lock screen.
• Choose whether to see notifications when you're duplicating your screen.
• Turn tips, tricks, and suggestions about Windows on or off.

Another tip:
For notifications to work properly on Windows 10, the concerned app should be allowed to run in the background. To verify that, go to Windows 10 Settings > Privacy > Background apps. Enable the toggle next to Let apps run in the background. If it's on, disable it and turn it on again.

Link is not broken, your ratio is too low 0.06, fix your ratio first and you will be fine. Seed what you have download.

Framework is not removed go to Control Panel\Programs\turn windows features on or of wait and a window will popup, check the first two options like the image, restart your pc and you should be fine
