If you update any customised Windows it will not revert to the uncustomised state.

Be patient.
I can see 17 seeders so if there is a problem it is probably at your end.

I can see you as one of those connected to the tracker .
It looks like none of you have a complete copy of this OS. I think that's the problem.
This is not surprising as the torrent was posted well over 2 years ago.
If you really want this you could try asking for someone to seed it, in the Help & Request forum.

If anyone still has this one laying around, I am stuck at 99.8% and have been for about a week.
If you have it, throw it on your seedbox or re-up so I can finish, I would appreciate it.
If I can get it to 100% I'll leave it on my seedbox for at least three months, to help anyone else out that might want it.

pascalwil recently had the same problem and did finally get the whole thing.
Send him a message and ask for him to seed again.

Update
I just checked and the tracker reports at least 20 seeders, all with the complete torrent.
