CuteFTP is a powerful and easy-to-use FTP client that enables users to backup and synchronize websites and monitor local folders for changes. I just downloaded it to test it for you and it works for me.
Uninstall it. If the installation folder is not deleted then delete it. Install it again. Do not run it till you have copied the 2 files.
