i am using windows 10 22H2 (19045.3758), Unity OS.
i am talking about windows file exporer.
i am attaching a screenshot from 👑ROG Xtreme 10 👑 by Phrankie . i am talking about this bigbackground image.

Search for folder "ExplorerBgTool" /If You cant find it look for "ExplorerBgTool.dll"
In that folder You have subfolder "Image" and file "image.png" inside! If You rename some other image to image.png and replace it in mentioned folder, that image will be shown as background image in file explorer!!

In Your case You shall find at least 2 images /one smaller for corner image and one bigger for whole background/. You can change both of them with Your images/
If You do not want any Image, in folder "ExplorerBgTool" You shall find "Uninstall.cmd"
Just run it /as admin!/ and You are good!

He has to adjust the theme

If you are talking about this logo you have to adjusted the spesific theme.
Open the theme with Resource hacker find the logo and replace it with the one you like
