Dude, folder which contains patch22 exe file in "CCleaner Professional Plus 6.21\Activation\Medicines for CCleaner\Patch22" contains malware *(my Avast told me) nad Virus total said its virus 51/70. What about that...Its "high alarm" that 51 from 70 antiviruses see it as a virs threat, "trojan, malware etc etc".

I am sure that's a false positive. Patches,Medicines etc. always throws out warnings
think about it and what the Medicines is used for, I am positive there is no malware or virus
of any sort in this upload or any other. Quite a few people have downloaded and used this with
no issue. I'm sure they wouldn't stay silent if there was any. But at the end of the day, you have to do
whatever gives you peace of mind and is right for you,
