Not to be rude, but software availability lies on how popular the said software is. Since your both request were not fulfilled, all I can think of is how specific oriented your software is. Since there is no one uploading it or responding it, chances of this software's medicine not available is high.
And I guess you are the only one asking for this software out of 780,000+ members, that means the demand for this software is in negligible numbers.
Think of it like this, If you were a
doctor, will you create medicine for a software that has negligible number, or will you use your time to create a medicine that has high demand? Honestly, if it were me, I wouldn't take my time to even know what exactly this software does. Again, not to be rude, just saying that's how the industry works.
Well, if you were willing to pay for the medicine, someone might be willing to break otherwise, you just have to wait for the day when the doctor decides to create a medicine for this.
