Locked bug when using filters...

@XenDev I was trying to clean up the HR section a little bit, but when I use my filters, they are no working...

for example I seached 1 year and request filters.... and it only shows post, Within the last month!

No need to use the filters, just look for threads over a month and lock them
Always look to be over a month since the last post and not when its requested.

You won't find threads over a year there
If you check the latest is february 10, 2023
