Portable Use​

Download the package zip file.
Use a standard unzip utility to unpack the file.
Such a utility is included with Windows: just right click on the .zip file and choose Extract all files which creates a new folder.

Do not double click on the .zip file.

Is it an exe, zip, rar, 7z or something else?

Please upload a file with an extension and change the download link to point to the new file.
Also update the Virustotal link with a scan of the new file.

Its a .zip file but our friend has somehow forgotten to add the .zip extension. For those who downloaded it or want to download it till this is corrected, please rename the file and add .zip at the end.

It looks to be .7z so we add .zip or .7z?

7zip and zip are essentially the same so it doesn't matter. In your case you just have set the 7zip program to handle the zip files, that is why you see 7zip. You can use one or the other without issues.

Tested and @Chuck is right. There is not any executable file.

@all sorry for the confusion, my bad I didn't notice while uploading the file. Anyway I have reuploaded just to be sure it is good and re-scan in virustotal..
